Healing doesn't happen in isolation. Welcome to community as you are.
The Midé Community Space is where people already doing the deep work of therapy — and people who've never talked to a therapist but want a Tuesday morning that feels different — gather to move, make, breathe, and remember they're not the only one.
You don't need to already be "in the work" to walk through our door. Some of the people in this room have been in therapy for years. Some are here for the first time, just curious. Both belong.
This is for you if:
You're a Midé client wanting connection outside the therapy room
You've done healing work on your own and want to feel less alone in it
You're simply curious and want a low-pressure way to try something new
You're craving real conversation, not small talk
This isn't:
Group therapy — though it's held with the same trauma-informed care
A performance. No one's watching how "well" you do it
An all-or-nothing membership. Come to one, or come to all
Cost should never be the reason you don't come. If a class is out of reach right now, email us — we'll work it out.

Your Body's Been Holding Your Week. Let's Put It Down For An Hour.
Friday, November 6 · 9–10am · $15
For the Spokane human whose shoulders live somewhere up by their ears
Between the mental load, the to-do list, and everyone else's emotions this week, your body's been bracing for a lot it never got permission to put down. One gentle hour — no flexibility, no "good at yoga," no performing.
In one hour, you'll: release what your body's been bracing for, no experience required · move through slow, breath-led sequences anyone can follow · journal with guided prompts, no blank page anxiety · get one quiet Friday morning that's just yours.
Can't touch your toes? Never rolled out a mat in your life? You're exactly who this is for.
Led by Jen Hardin. 8 seats · 3 remaining · registration closes Nov 4. $15 — less than a mani-pedi, worth infinitely more.
P.S. — This is the one hour this week nobody else gets to interrupt. Take it.
Who Are You When You're Not Performing For Everyone Else?
November 13 · small-group cohort · $100
For the Spokane human who is tired of being everyone's favorite version of themselves
Somewhere along the way you learned which parts of you were safe to show — the easygoing one, the high-achiever, the one who has it together. It worked. It kept you loved, or safe, or both. But it's exhausting to keep playing a role you never consciously chose.
Together, you'll: name the roles you've been playing without realizing it · understand where they came from · practice showing up as you, not the edited version · leave with language for the parts of yourself you've never said out loud.
This isn't group therapy. You just have to be tired of pretending.
Led by Heather Hart, LMHC. 6 seats. Not sixty — six. Registration closes Nov 9. $100 — payment plan: two payments of $50.
P.S. — If your first thought reading this was "that's not really about me," that might be the role talking.
That Dream You Can't Stop Thinking About? Let's Actually Listen To It.
Thursday, October 8 · 6–8pm · $60
For the Spokane human who used to make things, before life got loud
The last creative thing you made on purpose was probably years ago. Now the closest you get is picking a font for the group email. Meanwhile there's a dream you keep half-remembering at 6am, right before the alarm — and it's not random. It's trying to tell you something.
This is two hours to actually listen. Not dream interpretation, not a symbol dictionary — a creative holding space to put that dream, that feeling, that image you can't explain, onto paper.
In two hours, you'll: turn a half-remembered dream into something you can see and understand · get your hands on paint and paper again, no talent required · process what your logical brain keeps circling but can't land · leave with something real, made only by you.
Haven't painted since you were a kid? Good. This isn't about talent — it's about telling the truth in a language older than words.
Led by Jazmine Kazuko. 12 seats · 5 remaining · registration closes Oct 6. $60 — two hours held just for the parts of you that don't get airtime anywhere else.
P.S. — You don't need to know what the dream means before you walk in. Figuring that out is literally the point of coming.

Thirty minutes to let your nervous system stop bracing. This is a guided meditation built around one question: what do you already know, underneath the noise? We'll slow down enough to actually hear it — and practice trusting it, instead of second-guessing it the way most of us were taught to.
No meditation experience needed. You don't have to "clear your mind" — you just have to show up to it.
Led by Heather Hart, Midé Therapist.. Join us in the studio or from wherever you are — same session, your choice.
In-studio: 10 seats · 4 remaining | Virtual: unlimited · registration closes Sept 30 -

Emotional Authentic Self & Identity Integration
November 13 · small-group cohort · Midé Community Space · $100
Most of us learned early which parts of ourselves were safe to show. This small-group cohort is a slow, guided look at the roles you learned to play to stay safe or loved — and what it might feel like to set one of them down, even briefly, in a room built to hold that.
This is the most intimate offering in the community space, which is exactly why it's capped small. Six seats, not sixty — because this only works if it feels safe enough to be honest.
Led by Heather Hart, Midé Therapist. A brief intake question or two before registration closes, so the group is a good fit for everyone in it.
6 seats · small-group by design · registration closes November 9
Payment plan available: two payments of $50. Cost concerns? Email us before you rule it out.

(Oct 8, 6–8pm, Community Space, $60)
This isn't a dream-interpretation class — no dictionary of symbols, no "here's what it means." It's a creative holding space: two hours to put a dream, a feeling, or an image you can't quite explain onto paper, and see what your subconscious was actually trying to tell you.
You don't need to be "an artist." Perfectionism isn't invited — intuitive mark-making, guided reflection, and quiet space to process are the whole point.
Led by Jazmine Kazuko, Midé Community Collaborator. All art materials provided — just bring a dream, a feeling, or an image that's been sitting with you.
12 seats · 5 remaining · registration closes Oct 6
Upcoming Offerings
We understand that our inner rhythms move with the rhythms of the earth. As the seasons change, so do we — and each season asks something different of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Healing and growth are not linear; they require different kinds of support, rest, expression, and nourishment depending on where we are in the cycle. We give offerings that align with you in a whole bodied approach.
We invite you to sit with our offerings and evaluate your readiness, commitment and desire so when you step into the space you can fully immerse yourself. This encourages a sense of self-trust in process for attendees and safety for those attending alongside you.
You may attend as many events as you would like. We do encourage pacing as to not overwhelm your healing journey. This is part of creating time in-between to integrate the learning and embodiment practices.

Stillness, Rest, and the Quiet Within is a gentle, guided meditation experience designed to support deep nervous system rest, emotional reset, and reconnection with inner stillness. This group offers a consistent pause in the week to step away from overstimulation, stress, and external demands, and return to the quiet, steady presence within.
Through accessible breathwork, body awareness, and guided stillness practices, participants are invited to soften tension, release mental noise, and cultivate a grounded sense of rest that is both restorative and regulating. The emphasis is not on achieving a “perfect” meditative state, but on allowing rest to be experienced as it is — simple, human, and available in each moment. To support your mind, we offer a brief space that supports stress relief, emotional balance through a quick 30 minute reset.
We invite you to deepen your capacity for self-regulation, presence, and inner spaciousness, learning to access rest not just as a practice, but as a relationship with themselves.

We invite you to tend to your body in this Winter Yoga + Journaling Class. This is a slow, nourishing seasonal practice designed to support deep rest, emotional integration, and gentle renewal during the winter months. Rooted in the quiet, inward energy of winter, this class invites participants to soften effort, release depletion, and reconnect with the wisdom of rest as an essential part of healing and growth.
Through restorative yoga, breath awareness, and reflective journaling, participants are guided into a state of grounded stillness where the nervous system can unwind and the body can be fully supported. This is a space for letting go of overextension and entering a more receptive relationship with self — one that honors pause, reflection, and inner listening.
Together, we explore what it means to truly receive: support, presence, rest, and self-compassion. Journaling prompts deepen integration, helping participants process the emotional weight of the year while making space for clarity, insight, and quiet renewal.

This small cohort is intended to support our heart space. This is a deeply reflective and embodied group experience that explores grief, lineage, and connection to place as pathways toward healing and belonging. This offering supports participants in processing grief through nature-based, somatic, and grounding practices that honor the body’s innate intelligence and its relationship with the living world.
Together, we explore land not as something separate from us, but as a relational presence that can hold, mirror, and support our emotional experiences. Participants are invited to reconnect with place as a source of grounding and stability, while gently tending to the layers of personal, collective, and ancestral grief that may live within the body.
This group also offers space to explore ancestral lineage as a source of meaning rather than perfection — engaging curiosity, compassion, and complexity rather than idealization or avoidance. Through reflection, embodiment, storytelling, and guided practices, participants begin to cultivate a felt sense of belonging that extends across time, ecology, and relationship.
This work supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, identity integration, and a deeper sense of connection to self, ancestry, and the more-than-human world. Ideal for those seeking holistic healing, grief work, nature-based practices, ancestral exploration.

We offer your spirit a space of Quiet Return “I am becoming whole through all versions of me” is a clay-based expressive arts workshop centered on embodiment, grief, and integration. Through hands-on clay work, participants are invited to give form to the many versions of themselves that have shaped their life — past identities, protective adaptations, tender younger selves, and the parts still in transition.
This process-oriented experience is not about creating finished artwork, but about allowing the hands to become a bridge between memory, emotion, and presence. As participants work with clay, they are guided to acknowledge and grieve past versions of self with compassion, honoring the ways each one served survival, growth, or protection at different times.
Clay becomes a grounding medium for holding complexity — shaping, softening, breaking, and reforming — mirroring the human process of becoming whole. Through this tactile practice, participants are supported in releasing outdated identities while gently integrating what remains true and alive within them.
This workshop supports emotional processing, identity integration, grief work, nervous system regulation, and creative self-discovery.
