We support clinicians seeking advanced training in EMDR therapy, trauma-informed care, and integrative mental health approaches. Our team provides ongoing consultation, clinical support, and guidance in applying EMDR with trauma clients. We also offer continuing education stipends, enabling therapists to pursue additional certifications and expand their expertise in evidence-based and integrative treatment modalities.

Mide Integrative Therapies provides clinical supervision for associate therapists in Washington State, including those seeking hours for LMHC licensure. Supervision includes ongoing case consultation, support with documentation and ethics, and guidance in developing strong clinical skills in trauma-informed and integrative therapy. We hold weekly supervision as well as monthly group supervision opportunities.

We offer a flexible hybrid model that blends in-person and telehealth therapy. Clinicians are asked to work in-office two days per week and provide some evening availability to support client access. With a target of 25 client hours weekly, this role balances structure and flexibility. You maintain control over your schedule, while working collaboratively with a team to coordinate shared office space—requiring consistency, communication, and a strong sense of teamwork.
