Reaching out for support is an act of courage, and you’ve already taken a meaningful step toward healing, regulation, and growth. Below is an overview of what to expect as you begin the process of connecting with our team.

We offer:

In-person sessions at our Spokane studio. For in person sessions we are located at 159 S Lincoln St. You will see our logo on the door as your enter. we are closest to the alleyway up the steps and to the right.

Virtual sessions anywhere in Washington state. For virtual sessions we will send you a link to our Telehealth sessions that is HIPPA Compliant.

(Consult appointments are always done virtually so we can connect with you easily and efficiently.)

Insurance & Fees

We believe that access to mental health care should be clear, transparent, and supportive.

If you plan to use insurance, we will help you verify your benefits and provide an estimate of your cost before your intake. Please be sure to send us a copy of your photo ID and Insurance card front and back to ensure we can get your scheduled quickly. Insurance rates vary based on your plan after benefits are verified

If you are not using insurance or are out of network, we offer reduced-fee options to ensure cost is not a barrier to your well-being.

Fee structure:

Intake appointment: $200

53+ Session: $150

Reduced-fee sessions (if not using insurance): are always an option. If you have a financial need please share so we can see how to accommodate you.

Healing happens in relationship. Finding a therapist who understands you and feels like a safe, attuned partner in your process is essential.

All of our clinicians are open to feedback. If you feel your clinician is not the right fit please let us know so we can support you in finding someone who can be a good help in your journey in healing.

In your Connect Form, please share a brief description of what you’re seeking support for. This helps us understand your needs and match you with the most aligned clinician—whether someone on our team or a trusted referral if another setting would be more supportive.

Appointment

If you completed your consult and want to connect with your clinician further, we will schedule you a formal intake session. Before your appointment, you’ll receive access to our secure client portal to complete the necessary forms. These muse be completed before your first appointment or we will need to reschedule you. This is to ensure your clinical can come prepared to your intake.

Intake appointments:

Are scheduled for up to 53 minutes

We will focus on understanding what brings you in, exploring your goals, and assessing which therapist or modality is the best fit for your care

This meeting is also your opportunity to sense whether you feel safe and connected with us. Your comfort matters.

If we determine that Midé is the right place for your continued care, we will:

Schedule you with your clinician whose training and approach aligns with your needs for weekly sessions.

This is your weekly space, our clinicians work hard to be consistent with clients which means we ask your honor your week time with regular attendance.

During your consult or intake, If we believe your needs would be best supported by someone with a different specialty, we will provide personalized referrals. Our hope is always to ensure your needs are met.

We ask for an initial investment vulnerability and connection so we can clearly understand your needs and connect you with the most supportive path forward. Our hope is that this creates clarity and saves you time in finding the right therapist—here at Mide or with another trusted provider.
