What is the process?
Do We Accept Your Insurance?
If we are out of network, it doesn’t mean you can’t work with us. It requires you to submit your claims to your own insurance for reimbursement. See details below!
The financial part of paying for therapy can be daunting or intimidating. The truth is that therapy is an investment into yourself. .
We currently accept Premera, Kaiser & CHPW for insurance claims. There are also a variety of sister companies that we can bill even if we are not directly in network so it’s always worth it to ask us! If you are uncertain if your insurance plan is considered out-of-network please contact us at klimideintegrativetherapies@gmail.com .
Here’s how Out-of-Network benefits work:
You pay the service fee up front (You can use cash, credit, debit, Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account).
We provide you with a superbill (a receipt) that you submit as a claim to your insurance provider. If you need help knowing how to do this, I can walk you through it.
Your insurance provider will reimburse you up to a percentage of our fee (usually anywhere from 50%-70%).
