Emotional Authentic Self & Idenitiy Integration

$100.00

When: November 13th -Time TBD Based on group Need

Where: Midè Community Space

To enter into your heart space we invite you to this small group cohort. We will be offering an experiential space designed to support individuals in understanding the layers of identity that shape their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This workshop helps participants gently distinguish between authentic self-expression, adapted survival roles, and internalized expectations learned from family, culture, and environment.

Through guided reflection, somatic awareness, and group inquiry, participants are invited to explore where they are living from truth and where they may be performing or over-adapting in order to feel safe, accepted, or understood. The focus is not on judgment or “fixing,” but on increasing clarity, compassion, and self-awareness.

By bringing awareness to these different layers of identity, participants begin the process of integration — reconnecting with the parts of themselves that feel most alive, aligned, and authentic. This work supports emotional clarity, nervous system awareness, self-trust, and the ability to move through life with greater integrity and inner coherence.

Our Alignment

What if you could slow down enough to hear what’s truly coming from within you?

In this small-group cohort, we invite you to enter into your heart space and explore the different layers of identity that shape how you think, respond, connect, and move through the world. Together, we’ll gently look at the difference between who you authentically are, the roles you’ve learned to play, and the expectations you may have carried from family, culture, relationships, or your environment.

Through guided reflection, somatic awareness, and meaningful group inquiry, you’ll have space to notice where you’re living from your truth and where you may be adapting, performing, or holding back to feel safe, accepted, or understood.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or judging the parts of you that learned how to survive. It’s about meeting yourself with more curiosity and compassion.

As you bring awareness to these different layers, you’ll begin creating space for greater self-trust, emotional clarity, nervous system awareness, and a deeper connection to the parts of yourself that feel most alive and authentic.

Come as you are. Listen inward. Reconnect with what feels true.
