Grief Support Group Reflection: Meeting Emotions with Compassion

Today’s grief group felt especially meaningful. We created space to gently meet our grief through meditation—allowing whatever surfaced to be seen, felt, and acknowledged without judgment.

Each person took time to sit with what they’ve been carrying individually, and together we explored what our grief might be asking of us. Not to fix it or push it away, but to understand it… to listen.

There was something powerful in that shared presence—holding space for ourselves and for each other. A reminder that even in grief, we are not alone.

Join us for May’s grief group—a supportive space to explore what you’ve been holding, gently listen to what it needs, and offer it the care and compassion it deserves. You don’t have to carry it alone.
