You don't have to host your own event to be part of
building this. Curators suggest what the community needs

Our curator framework…
We recognize that practitioners come from many backgrounds, modalities, identities, and experiences. We do not expect perfection, but we do ask that practitioners entering the Midé ecosystem demonstrate a commitment to self-awareness, collaborative communication, and ethical care.
We ask practitioners to:
Have done, and continue doing, their own work
Practitioners are encouraged to cultivate ongoing self-awareness and personal responsibility so they can remain grounded, open, and curious in relationship with participants, clients, and fellow collaborators. At Midé we know healing cannot happen in isolation, our clients deserve a practitioner who knows what it feels like to do the work, not just teach it. Self-reflection is important, but it cannot replace the vulnerability, accountability, and relational experience of participating in your own therapy or healing work.
Communicate openly and collaboratively
We value honest, respectful, and proactive communication. This includes both logistical communication and the ability to name needs, concerns, boundaries, or tensions as they arise. At Midé we believe action and impact are the loudest ripples in the water, we ask that you approach everyone we work alongside with benefit of the doubt, good intention and healthy, safe communication.
Practice relational accountability
Conflict, misunderstanding, and differing perspectives are a natural part of collaborative spaces. We ask practitioners to approach challenges with willingness, curiosity, accountability, and care with one another and the broader community. At Midé we are always seeking to understand with compassion and we ask our practitioners hold space for not only others but for themselves in what arises as we practice this.
Respect the diversity of the ecosystem
Midé welcomes practitioners and participants from many identities, lived experiences, belief systems, and healing modalities. We ask all collaborators to contribute to a culture of health, safety & learning. If there are places where growth needs to happen, we ask that you ask for support so we can support your needs as they arise. We believe we are all a team, working together and want one another to succeed in building a safe, healthy community but that safe communities begin with safe, healthy people.
If this feels aligned to the space you are in your heart, mind, body & spirit we invite you to dive deeper into connection with Midé’s mission and team.
