The Embodied Grief Support Group offers a gentle space to process loss using somatic tools that reconnect the body and mind. Through grounding, breathwork, slow movement, and nervous system regulation, participants learn to listen to their bodies, honor their emotions, and soften the physical impact of grief.
This will be a 2 week in person series
January 20th and 27th Tuesday evenings
6:30-7:30pm
Whether your loss is recent or longstanding, this group helps you build resilience, restore connection, and feel supported by a compassionate therapeutic community. Focusing on mind-body healing, deeper emotional regulation, and community support during the grieving process. Each session includes guided somatic exercises, reflective prompts, and optional sharing in a safe, supportive environment.
