Pretty much anything you’ve been avoiding:

  • Emails, paperwork, or admin

  • Laundry, tidying, or organizing

  • Creative projects you can’t start

  • Life tasks you keep forgetting

  • That one thing that’s been on your list for months 👀

If it’s been lingering in the background of your brain, it belongs here.

How It Works

  1. Arrive (camera on or off—your choice)

  2. Name your task (out loud or silently)

  3. Work together during a focused time block

  4. Wrap up with a quick check-in or celebration
