We’re offering a 90-minute, trauma-informed, somatic practice that weaves together a variety of yoga styles, embodied movement, restorative postures, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. Grounded in principles of nervous system regulation and mind-body connection, this session offers a calm, supportive space to gently release vicarious trauma, soften the edges of burnout, and reconnect with your innate resilience and presence.
It’s not about fitness or flexibility — it’s about finding your breath again. This class offers gentle movement, grounding somatic awareness, and space to reconnect with your own body and nervous system — something that can get lost when you’re constantly in care mode.
Created with caregivers and helpers in mind, Stillpoint invites you to pause, replenish, and return to yourself with greater clarity, grounding, and ease. You spend so much time supporting others. This is one hour just for you — to rest, to release, and to be held in a space that understands the impact of burnout.
